I'm back and feeling pritty good!!

I had my reversal last thurseday, and everything so far is great, my stomach still hurts a little bit, (I wont take any pain meds due to awful withdrawl from the last time!) anyway this is a bit of what happend........

Thurseday October 27th!
Was at the hospilte for 11:30, and was weeled into the OR shortly after! After many atempts at putting the IV in, the anastetic flowed threw and put me to sleep.
when i woke up in the recovery i was in no pain because i had the PCA pump to give me pain meds, i did have a small anzity atack when they tooke the oxygen off me LOL stupied me!! :) after a few hours of waiting for a room (can you belive they tried to put me in a room with 4 people, when my familys coverage pays for a room with only 2) i went to my room lay there for all night cause i could not sleep no water only a swab stick/sponge thing to wet my mouth.

Friday October 29th
Damd adult hospiltes are boring!!, i was alowd water, and that was pritty much it! Oh i did throw up some prtty green liquid!! LOL!!! I got a new room mate (the other went home) and my i did not realize how awful a stomach pump can sound, speachly when the person is also throwing up and swearing!! LOL my room mate had some sort of blockage!! (wierd enough i did sleep that night!! :)

Saterday October 30th
The i stoped using my pain meds cause i did not need them, nurses werent happy but what the heck do they know!! :) (I Sereously wasent in pain!) i'm now alowed clear liquides!! So jello, ginger ale and more Jello!! (Hospilte broth is disgusting and could not drink it) cathiter is thankfuly taken out!! (peed every Damd hour!! Stupied IV's!! :)

Sunday October 30th
Last night was awful, i sleept weel but had to get up every two hours to pee!! AHHH!! IV's!! My IV was taken out because i was drinking and peeing and complaining (just a little complaining! LOL :)) I felt pritty good, watched some tv, (paied an arm and a leg for the TV though $10 a day!!) my stomach hurts every once and a while mostly gass that makes it hurt! sleepd very weel this night!! exsept for my room mate that talks and screems in her sleep!! ;) very nice women though!! my Grandma bought me a mask for my eys so i could block out the light from the halls!! LOL i cant sleep with the lights on!! :) Oh and i passed stole (Yeah)

Monday October 31st
It's Halloween and i'm stuck here!!!! Days going great, my only problem is that my doctor told me i could eat soft food, but theres still a slight chance i could get a leak, (on the inside)(it's a matter of bad luck!!)
so everytime my stomach hurts i get worried that it's something bad!! :( other then that everything is great, i feel pritty good, although very bored and sad that it's my first Halloween away from home and candy!! LOL the childrens hospilte next door gets gift bags with candy and stuff!! LOL i watched it on the news that night, boy did that make me upset! (i only graduated to the adult Hospitle a few months ago!! :( )

Tuesday November 1st
Homeward bound!! Yeah time to go home finaly!!I feel good, still very worried about internal leaks (not so worried about leaks on the ouside, i did my clenching exersizes the whole 7 months i had the stoma!!)
My family comes to pick me up at 2:30pm we stop at the wendys drive threw for fries and a milkshake! (LOL i could not eat any of the hospitle food cause it tasted horrible) I'm soo careful about what i'm eating right now, while my insides are healing!! i dont want to have a leak!! (Knock On Wood)

I'm realy glad my friends and family came to visit me everyday, and made the boredom seem not so bad!! :)

November 4th
You know i was soooo woried that i would be laid up at home going to the bathroom 20 times a day.....but to my surprise those exersizes i did and the mass amount of mucus i had to hold on to (LOL) my muscles work normaly and i have no bathroom problems!! I'm actualy going to the movies tonight with my friends!! LOL No need for the Depends my Grandma gave me!! however i'm still woried about my bowl leaking from the inside, i'm still eating soft food cause i want my insides to heal before testing the waters on what i can/cant eat!!

My surgeon said theres realy no way to tell if thres a leak, witch is why i'm a little worried! but he said that if i start vomiting or have major pain, then that means theres an infection (Due to a leak) but that could be days, of having a leak with out knowing!
