Activity weekends designed for Young people 6-18 with bowel or bladder diversions and the families.
Devised and organised by people with a full knowledge of living with a bowel or bladder dysfunctions.

This is a unique opportunity to meet families in similar situations, to talk and share experiences and to take part in confidence building action adventure activities.

- A weekend of adventure,activities, fun and support
- Activities may include archery, high ropes, canoeing, climbing, hill walking and mountain biking
- Accommodation in comfortable rooms including many en-suites
- Dietary requirements catered for
- Support and advice from stoma nurses during the weekend
