Jpilot Java Chat (No Longer Available)
Thanks for your interest in the Ostomyland chat room.
As of September 14th 2011 we changed chat systems. We stopped using IRC and started using the chat system which was written specifically for our message board forums – IPchat. As it’s been written by Invision themselves, it integrates seamlessly into the forums, and gives a faster, more secure, and better looking chat service than we were able to provide whilst on IRC. The reason for that being IRC is an independent networking system. The various Java based chat clients we used over the years were not written by Invision, and so we’re complicated to use at the best of times. And once the security certificate ran out, things got really bad. We were left with no choice but to change systems unless we just wanted to run the chat room totally into the ground and kill it. I was not prepared to let that happen.
So, we’ve changed systems. The chat room is still open 24/7 with a meeting every Saturday at 8pm UK time to late.
How to access the new Chat Room.:
You can access the new chat room by visiting the community message board forums and clicking on the CHAT ROOM tab. Or by visiting this direct link:

Note: You cannot use mIRC to access the chat room any more as its not an IRC chat room.
Thanks for your support, and happy chatting!
