The complete lifestyle guide is now available to download in a colour .pdf file. PDF’s are read within your browser but require the Adobe Reader plugin, which is a small, free-download from the Adobe Website. It’s a cool program and chances are if you are a regular internet surfer that you already have it installed on your system. If you dont you can download it by clicking the Adobe Reader button below.
Lifestyle Guide v3 – Latest Revisions May 2010
This latest version of the downloadable lifestyle guide is the best yet. In full colour, the guide features all the chapters that appear on the website plus some exclusive extras to help you manage your new stoma, such as personal notes pages and a section where you can store all your Ostomy-related medical information.
The full guide is nearly 90 A4 pages in length when printed. In the latest revisions Fuzzbutt has managed to squeeze herself into the guide, sharing some of her favourite top tips with the readers. Be sure to keep an eye out for her box outs!

NB: As I have a colostomy the lifestyle guide focuses solely on the Colostomy and not the Ileostomy. If you are an Ileostomate then parts of the guide not are relevent to Ileostomies, such as the diet details, which are totally different. Therefore you should not follow the guide without checking with your Doctor or Stoma nurse / ET Nurse first as to which parts are relevent and which are not.
