Sunday 8am 13th Sept:
Morning, I’m back on the job now. I’ve received a reply from IPB. The problem was a bug, which is fixed by upgrading the board/gallery to the new version – I’ve put in a ticket to have them upgrade it, and with a bit of luck this will be done today. At the moment we’re still on course for a late sunday afternoon launch, however this totally depends upon when IPB gets the board upgrade done. Once that is done, the board should be ready to go live.
Major Problem Encountered:
Gallery has a code bug requiring an upgrade from IPB themselves. Ticket is in, am optomistic it will be done today based on past support request turnaround times.
Estimated Launch:
Board will definitely not launch today. Hopefully tomorrow (sun 13th) afternoon.

Our Emergency Board which we keep for times like these is open and working. You can visit that at http://www.ostomyland.co.uk/ostomyboard/
This is open for off topic chat/posting and any uber urgent support requests that can’t wait, however please be aware that from experience we know that nowhere near as many people visit the emergency board during downtime as would normally visit our board, so replies to any support queries may take longer to appear than normally the case. Please also note that the emergency board is a seperate database from the main board, so any existing logins from our boards will not work here, so you will need to register for an account on the emergency board too if you dont already have one from any previous downtime sessions.
I’ll keep you all updated as much as I can on the progress.
Best wishes,
Jason.
