Hey Folks! Fuzzbutt here again. I’m Ostomyland’s furry mascot and every so often I like to share some of my top tips with everyone.
This month I want to tell you about another useful section in Fuzzbutt’s Corner over on Ostomyland’s Message Board.
My Support Organisations in your country forum has a growing list of Non-profit Organisations in your country, which give advice and support to ostomates – including health and health-related issues as well as ostomy groups themselves.
If you want to join a group, why not take a look to see if you can find something in your area? If you’re already part of a group you are welcome to post in that section too, letting others know about it! And if you can’t find anything local to you post a question – someone may be able to help!

Ostomyland Chat Room gets its own Twitter Page
We already have a twitter page which covers the main Ostomyland site, which talks about the site’s announcements and new content. But now, we have another twitter page which is called Ostomyland Chat – which is for tweeting about the chat room and board communities, and @’s are welcomed to that twitter page too!

Ostomyland Chat Room: New How-To Connect Video
If you’ve never joined the Ostomyland chat room in the past, now is a great time to do so, as we’ve just uploaded our brand new “How To Connect to the Ostomyland Chat Room using our Java Client” video. All you need to access the chat room is a browser, so why not watch the video and give it a try.

Coloplast’s Charter #33 Available Now
Issue 33 of Charter, the Ostomy magazine produced and distributed on behalf of Coloplast UK, has hit the doormat of Ostomyland Towers (a.k.a. my house lol).

Obviously, being produced by Coloplast UK the magazine has a heavy slant on Coloplast products, in fact its boarding on exclusivity, but its still in my opinion the best company produced ostomy mag available today. Ostomyland’s Trivia Quiz Celebrates Its 2nd Birthday!!
Hard though it may be to believe, it’s now 2 years since beebee found the funtrivia site. This allows us to create our own tournaments, and so – on July 1st 2007 – Ostomyland’s Daily Trivia Quiz was born. 
Since then, 112 people have played in the tournament.
MikeNZ has appeared in the Hall of Fame an impressive 23 out of a possible 24 times!
Karen and vampirlover are there 20 times.
rachie and Mitzi 18, Hovis 17, Lory, Gramapat and ant649 have appeared 16 times, while RedWingsFan has been there 15.
Karen has been in first place for the month a staggering 8 times, but ant649 is close behind with a total of 5 times! Meanwhile, MikeNZ has been second a massive 6 times.
But everyone who plays can gain points and cyber prizes…which in my case is just as well!
