I have an incisional herna at my ileostomy site.does anyone know if one can do yoga and gym work with this problem/

Thats something you need to get your doctors opinion on really Brenda as it all depends on the extent of the hernia, the length of time since you had the ileo, your overall health and such like. And those are all things we cant really determine via a message board. You may like to post your query on the Ileostomy forum of our message board, maybe someone in the Ostomyland Ileo community has been in the same situation and can give you some idea, but even if they can I would still strongly suggest you ask your doctor first.
